To work with the settings of OnTrak Fleet mobile client, go to side menu (tap the 'hamburger' in the top left corner of the app or swipe the screen to the right), and choose Settings. Here you can indicate the settings for a map, notifications, etc.


Map

  • Map layer — select a map to work with: Gurtam Maps, OpenStreetMap, Google Roadmap, Google Satellite, Google Terrain, Google Hybrid, Mapbox Streets, Mapbox Satellite, Mapbox Satellite Streets. Mapbox maps are available only for the Android version of the application.

  • Unit icons — enable/disable displaying of units' icons on the map.

  • Unit names — enable/disable displaying of units' names on the map.

  • Group units — enable/disable displaying of the grouping icon when units are clustered on the map.

  • Geofences — enable/disable displaying of geofences on the map.

  • Zoom buttons — enable/disable displaying of scaling buttons on the map.


Notifications

Enable/disable receiving of mobile notifications and choose a ringtone for them. Note that to receive mobile notifications, you should configure their sending in OnTrak Fleet. In other words, it is required to create a new notification in the corresponding panel of the monitoring system and choose Send mobile notification as a way of notification action.


Other

Geofences as addresses — enable/disable the substitution of address information with the information about unit's presence in geofences.

Active screen — here you can adjust a period of time during which your screen should remain active. The following options are available:

  • While charging — the screen is active while the device is charging;

  • Always — the screen is always active;

  • Disabled — the option is not used (the screen activity time corresponds to the one selected in the device settings).
